CyberSource Payment Authorization for Recurring Payments

Today, being Just me, by entering the specified routing and account number and clicking “I Accept,” I authorize payments to be processed as electronic funds transfers (EFT) or drafts drawn from my checking or savings account as indicated above and, if necessary, electronic credits to the account to correct erroneous payments. I understand that the payment will process within 1-2 banking days. If any of the payments return unpaid, I authorize you or your service provider to collect the returned payment and my state’s return item fee for each such payment by EFT(s) or draft(s) drawn from the account. I understand that this authorization will remain in full force and effect until I notify you that I wish to revoke it by contacting us at funding@tangocard.com and allowed you reasonable opportunity to act on my notice.

Tango Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Authorization

When completed and approved, this form gives Tango authorization to automatically draw funds from your bank account upon your order of rewards or incentives. The Tango EFT Authorization is subject to an approval process.

I, the authorized representative, on behalf of the account holder incorporated in the state of incorporation, authorize Tango to initiate entries to the checking/savings account at the financial institution listed below (The Financial Institution), and, if necessary, initiate adjustments for any transactions credited/debited in error. This authority will remain in effect until Tango is notified by me (us) in writing to cancel it in such time as to afford Tango and The Financial Institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it.

By entering the account number, I authorize payments to be processed as an electronic funds transfer or draft drawn from the account. If the payment is returned unpaid, I authorize Tango to bill my account for the returned fee. I make these authorizations as an authorized corporate representative and agree that the entity will be bound by the NACHA operating rules.

I understand that I will unblock the account on file with my Financial Institution.

Additionally, I also authorize the individuals listed in the authorized users section above to act as my agent and grant them permission to inform Tango to initiate entries to my checking/savings account at the financial institution listed above.

By clicking “I Accept”, you confirm that you are a signer on the bank account you are about to add and that you agree to the CyberSource Payment Authorization for Recurring Payment and the Tango Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Authorization.

A Signer is an individual whose name is on the Bank Account, and who is authorized through the bank to make withdrawals. A Signer will either be the Bank Account owner, or an Authorized Signer designated by the owner with the bank.
